From small production runs in a laboratory environment through to full scale factory production. SAL small sanitary valves were specifically designed for metering purposes where a hygienic environment is absolutely vital. These valves are machined from a solid block of 316 stainless steel and are highly polished to a mirror-like finish. For larger production runs where hygiene is still important but where a far greater quantity of material is being conveyed, the 316 stainless steel BL MZC and BXL MZC rotary valves perform extremely well. Dismantling these valves for cleaning and general maintenance is easy and, thanks to the MZC rail system and the easily detachable rotor, safe reassembly is guaranteed. In addition to the rotary valves is a range of four different diverter type valves, all suitable for the pharmaceutical industries.
